Chicago police review panel releases footage of fatal shooting of unarmed black teenager

Chicago (United States), 28/07/2016.- A frame grab taken from a handout body cam video dated 28 July 2016 and made available by Chicago’s Independent Police Review Authority (IPRA) on 05 August 2016 shows police officers detaining teenager Paul O’Neal in Chicago, Illinois, USA. According to reports, Paul O’Neal, 18-year-old, suspected of stealing a car, was killed by Chicago Police after they fired into the Jaguar convertible he was driving and then chasing him through a yard on 28 July 2016. Chicago’s IPRA released on 05 August 2016, prior to the 60-day timeline defined in Chicago’s transparency policy, body camera footage from four Chicago Police Department (CPD) officers involved in the shooting.
