A blast in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kharkiv has killed two people during a march to mark the one year anniversary of the ouster of president Viktor Yanukovych, the Interior Ministry said. One of the dead was a police officer guarding the event. At least 15 others were injured in the blast, which occurred around 1:20 pm (1120 GMT), the ministry said in a statement.
