Ke Huy Quan recibe el Óscar como mejor actor de reparto

Los Ángeles (EE.UU.), 12 mar (EFE).- Ke Huy Quan cumplió con los pronósticos y logró el óscar al mejor actor secundario por su papel en «Everything Everywhere All at Once» durante la 95 edición de los galardones de la Academia de Hollywood.

«Mi madre está viendo esto en casa. Mamá, tengo un óscar. (…) Pensaba que esto solo pasaba en las películas pero me ha ocurrido a mí», expresó entre lágrimas el intérprete vietnamita tras recibir la estatuilla de manos del ganador en este apartado el año pasado, Troy Kotsur.

Huy Quan pugnaba en este apartado con Brendan Gleeson y Barry Keoghan («The Banshees of Inisherin»); Brian Tyree Henry («Causeway») y Judd Hirsch («The Fabelmans»). EFE
