Putin dice que ordenará un alto el fuego si Ucrania retira sus tropas de las zonas anexadas

The speech came after private military company (PMC) Wagner Group'Äôs chief Yevgeny Prigozhin said in a video on 24 June that his troops had occupied the building of the headquarters of the Southern Military District in Rostov-on-Don, demanding a meeting with Russia'Äôs defense chiefs. Despite not openly mentioning the Wagner Group nor its leader during the speech, Putin described the event as a 'stab in the back' of Russia and its people. El presidente ruso, Vladímir Putin, aseguró hoy que ordenará un inmediato alto el fuego tan pronto como Ucrania retire sus tropas de las cuatro regiones anexadas por Moscú en el este y sur del país, y renuncie a sus planes de ingresar en la OTAN.

«Tan pronto como Kiev anuncie que está dispuesto a esta decisión e inicie una retirada real de las tropas de esas regiones y también comunique oficialmente su renuncia a los planes a ingresar en la OTAN, se impartirá inmediatamente de nuestra parte la orden de cesar el fuego y comenzar negociaciones», dijo Putin al dirigirse a la plana mayor del Ministerio de Exteriores, intervención transmitida en directo por la televisión.
